    Summary of Responsibilities

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and supporting marketing strategies to drive lead generation and company growth in Georgia. Your main tasks will include website management, content development, and online customer engagement, as well as generating qualified leads for both residential and commercial markets. You’ll collaborate with the sales, design, and customer service teams, while also contributing to sales processes, forecasting, and strategic planning.     Essential Functions

    1\. Website Development & Content Updates:

    • Manage and update the website, focusing on SEO optimization and backlink strategies.

    • Collaborate with the PPC vendor to incorporate feedback and optimize the website.

    • Track weekly KPIs to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed.

    2\. Content Marketing & Social Media:

    • Create and publish weekly blog posts to boost SEO, customer engagement, and thought leadership.

    • Develop social media posting strategies and ensure consistent content across platforms.

    • Update YouTube video content and manage customer testimonials on digital platforms.

    • Engage with online comments and customer reviews (e.g., BBB, GMB, Energy Sage) to maintain positive customer relationships.

    • Design and execute email campaigns to promote content and generate leads.

    3\. Lead Generation & Campaign Management:

    • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and email.

    • Manage lead generation and qualification processes, collaborating with sales, design, and customer service teams to optimize conversions.

    • Develop landing pages for targeted campaigns (PPC, digital, TV, radio, billboards).

    4\. Collaboration & Strategic Planning:

    • Work with CEO/COO and Sales teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.

    • Contribute to financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.

    • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to refine sales processes and enhance lead generation efforts.

    5\. Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Monitor all digital platforms for customer feedback and reviews, providing timely responses.

    • Track and report on campaign effectiveness, using data and metrics to continuously refine strategies.

    • Perform weekly pipeline reviews to assess and adjust the impact of marketing initiatives.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, particularly in selling complex solutions to residential and commercial customers.

    • Ability to generate proactive insights and apply them to marketing strategies.

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent is a plus.

    • Proficiency in specialized software including WordPress, Laravel, CRM system, MS Office Suite; Aurora Solar (solar design software), and Scoop Solar (project installation software) is a plus.

    Compensation 

    • Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

    • Quarterly bonuses based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
