    Job Description

    The digital marketing specialist role is a combination of digital marketing and product marketing. You will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and marketing automation. You should have a strong grasp of performance marketing, analytics, and lead nurturing, with an experimental mindset to test and optimize campaigns. You **** will also be responsible for crafting powerful narratives, sharpening our positioning, and arming our sales team with compelling messaging.

    Digital Marketing Responsibilities (Growth Marketing):

    • Develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting).
    • Improve SEO performance and content distribution for lead generation
    • Continuously A/B test and experiment with new demand-generation tactics tailored to specific market verticals.
    • Manage the content development, design, and production of all marketing materials including collateral, web content, digital marketing assets, advertising materials, customer presentations, and video content.
    • Maintain online business profiles and social media presence.
    • Engage and assist in the management of third-party talent such as agencies, graphic designers, editors, filmmakers, and video editors.

    Product Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Own product marketing strategy, including competitive analysis and differentiation.
    • Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies).
    • Collaborate with the internal team to support the development of brand and portfolio positioning and ensure ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
    • Lead product launches, collaborating across teams to drive adoption.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-6+ years of SaaS B2B digital marketing or product marketing experience (ideally both).
    • Deep expertise in paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social).
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
    • Proven ability to differentiate products in competitive markets.
    • Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales teams.
    • Understanding of buyer personas, brand strategy, and brand standards.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer insights into compelling narratives.
    • Passion for storytelling, differentiation, and turning complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
    • Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, and/or Explaindio.
    • Ability to manage outsourced agency partners and suppliers.
    • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to promote and sell ideas.
    • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
    • Digital Marketer Certifications are a plus.
    • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Communications.
