Responsibilities: • Create social media content/graphics (weekend event posts, new listing, sold, new advisor, local happenings, etc.) • Schedule and post social media content • Create/edit/update Advisor material • Create exposes for new listings • Mail out postcards/material • Plan team meetings, and brokerage meetings, create agenda • Assemble training manuals • Coordinate speakers for meetings • Coordinate events and brokerage/team gatherings • Assemble mailouts (printing labels, wax sealing, packaging) • Plan and assemble marketing drops • Train/assist advisors on how to use social media • Customize and order marketing material on brand central for advisors • Maintain office roster with updated phone numbers, birthdays, and anniversaries • Brainstorm ideas for blog content • Welcome guests to our shop locations • Order materials and be the beacon of all things organizationally needed to create a great experience for our clients and Advisors • Coordinate event speakers, set up, and break down events Qualifications: • Must be proficient with Canva and/or Adobe • Must have a strategic mindset of discovering what's next to continue to drive more leads, calls, and conversions • Team player mentality as we all work as a cohesive team • Expert at making a plan, executing the plan, and tracking the result to tweak and improve • Excellent organizational skills Requirements for the position: • Analyzing and recommending strategies to improve organic search engine visibility • Segmenting customer groups, creating and analyzing social, print, and email campaigns • Analyze website trends and identify areas for improvement • Experience and proficiency in social media marketing • Effective communication and organizational skills for gathering needs requirements and updating the organization on the status of projects • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction • Ability to strategically align brand initiatives • Assist with the production and scheduling of team Events, Podcasts, Videos, Web, etc. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
