We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our leading real estate team's online presence and generate new seller and buyer opportunities for our agents. Your role involves managing multiple social media platforms including our Google & YouTube pages, curating engaging content, implementing high-impact lead-generation campaigns, and optimizing our online presence. You'll orchestrate A/B testing, track analytics, and measure success. You will also manage our blog, curate client outreach through newsletters, craft property descriptions for our listings, and provide ongoing agent education on best practices with their social media. Your adaptability to changing platform trends will solidify The Reynolds Team's position as a real estate leader in Vero Beach, FL. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple social media platforms, create engaging content, and run lead-generation campaigns • Optimize our online presence by managing our Google My Business Page, YouTube Page, and website blog • Create effective ad campaigns using A/B testing, analytics tracking, and performance measurement • Execute client outreach through newsletters and management of a private online group • Craft property descriptions that elevate our listings • Provide ongoing education to agents on social media best practices Qualifications: • 2 or more years of experience as a Social Media Strategist, Marketing Coordinator, or related position • Skilled in data analysis with the ability to implement data-driven strategies, track and report results • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies • Proficiency in the Google Platform, YouTube, analytic programs such as VidIQ, social media management programs such as Sprout Social, Photoshop, or Canva type design software • Creative flair for crafting compelling social media posts, email designs, and video concepts • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to work closely with marketing, leadership, and sales teams • Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and practices is a plus Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
