Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital advertising, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis to drive measurable results. Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through performance tracking, A/B testing, and data analysis.
Define and implement audience targeting strategies to reach key demographics effectively.
Monitor ad budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure cost-effective results.
Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms to ensure campaigns are always optimized.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of ad platforms.
Demonstrated ability to optimize ads for conversion, cost-efficiency, and ROI.
