Seeking an experienced Project and digital marketing manager with strong creative thinking skills and a keen eye for detail. Applicants should also have excellent project management skills and be able to meet deadlines.
Key Tasks Include:
Developing creative strategies: Create strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience
Managing creative teams: Provide creative directions to internal and external creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and videographers
Producing marketing assets: Oversee the production of marketing assets, such as digital advertisements, print materials, website content, and social media graphics
Demonstrate skillsets to create paid advertisements on Google and LinkedIn
Experience executing email campaigns through mailchimp, constant contact or similar platforms
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display Banner Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) /Pay Per Click (PPC)
Ensuring brand consistency: Ensure that all marketing creative elements adhere to the brand guidelines
Proficient in data analytics such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
Monitoring project timelines: Ensure that creative assets are delivered on time and on budget
Evaluating trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Assigning project workload: Assign project workload and supervise the department's daily workflow
Problem solving: Recognize issues and develop potential fixes
