** Digital Media Specialist**
The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for managing digital campaign activation across three primary areas of focus: Ad Ops, Social and Programmatic. They will be responsible for campaign trafficking, ongoing digital campaign activation/optimizations, and reporting.
The Digital Media Specialist will be the in-house expert at managing campaigns in our agency's digital investment team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ad servers primarily DCM, managing social campaigns primarily in Facebook Business Manager (others include: LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest), search platforms – Google Ads Manager and Bing and programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk. The DMS is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management of digital campaigns by ensuring campaign metrics are met (Budget, Pacing, Optimizations, KPIs). The digital media specialist will be part of the agency's Platform Team while heavily collaborating with the media teams.
The Digital Media Specialist will have a data-driven mindset but also know how to think creatively to bring forward “out of the box” digital solutions to accomplish client goals and objectives. To succeed in this position, you will understand how to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at a time, pay high attention to detail, and be proactive with taking on new tasks and challenges. Media+ is a highly collaborative team environment where you will be asked to openly communicate with team members to brainstorm and bring forward solutions that align with client objectives, while simultaneously working independently to accomplish the task(s) at hand.
Responsibilities:
Ad Ops:
- Responsible for ad operations including campaign build, creative trafficking and launch within multiple social and programmatic platforms
- Tests, monitors, and troubleshoots various digital platforms and tools
Programmatic/Social:
- Responsible for translating client campaign objectives into activation strategies across programmatic and social platforms following best practices for optimal performance.
- Monitors daily campaign performance to ensure budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs
- Participates in brainstorming sessions bringing forward innovative tactics across digital platforms to reach target audiences, sourcing relevant inventory opportunities, estimating delivery impressions to reach TA, ad units, placements, data, etc.
- Oversee the execution of operational tasks including budget management, billing, and campaign creative trafficking
- Assist with A/B testing and performance analysis
Other:
- Operate QA of campaign setup in DCM and programmatic/ social channels to ensure campaigns are set up correctly to achieve ultimate success (KPIs, Budgets, Pacing, Delivery)
- Follow workflow processes to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Develop strong working relationships with members of the broader account teams, including media and analytics
- Collaborate with agency teams and publishers to source and evaluate deals that provide our clients with high-quality inventory opportunities
- Conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on the campaign and account-level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetings
Qualifications:
- **__**2 + years relevant career experience in the paid digital media space across Ad Servers, Programmatic, and Social
- The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of programmatic and digital platforms including DCM, DV360, TheTradeDesk, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Google Ads Manager, Bing and Third-Party Verification Tools
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred
- Understanding and familiarity of key industry concepts and trends
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask across campaigns and work well under pressure
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills

Annual Salary Range:
- $65,000-$75,000 (compensation determined based on career experience)
