    Position Summary

    ********We are seeking a current Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator/Financial Coordinator with 5+ experience and over 1M in closed revenue experience with dental implants and ALL ON 4 to transition into a Marketing Career as Account Manager/Sales Coach with a fast growing digital marketing agency focusing on the Medical and Dental sector.

    **** *****We are not seeking Marketing of Sales professionals for this role. *****

    The mission of the Dental Implant Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth for our clients. We strive for a 4% churn by providing the best business coaching, sales training, experience, and customer service in the industry. Our goal is to grow their marketing and implant sales IQ so they can generate a higher ROI with the appointments we send them.

    Responsibilities
    • Execute the account manager role for 50-60 dental implant offices across the country with a < 4% churn

    • Weekly group implant and “all-on-4” sales and marketing strategy coaching with dental staff; coaching Dentist/owner on how to build an increasingly profitable operation.

    • 2+ Google and Facebook reviews per month

    • 2+ referrals per month

    • Daily communication with clients; sharing wins, getting marketing assets, stats

    • Build strong relationships with your clients

    • Build 1-2 hour video sales training for dental clients

    • Build video trainings around operations hiring, staff training, growing a dental office

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field

    • Five+ years' experience in an “all-on-4” Dental Implant office as a Practice or Financial Manager generating 1M+ in sales.

    • Adept at building strong partnership with diverse account base, along with facilitation in driving consensus to solve problems.

    • Strong background in customer service, client relationship management. Background in sales a plus.

    • Excellent, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

    • Represent the company in a professional manner to customers, employer groups, brokers,

    professional associations, and the public.

    • Google sheets, basic CRM usage

    We provide:

    • Compensation of $95K to $115K DOE plus retention bonuses.
