    Job Description

    The Digital Sales Planner will support the LA sales team by working with the Account Executives to respond to both client and agency RFPs, building sales presentations, creating custom marketing solutions and sponsorship decks, and helping with both linear and digital reporting and tracking. This role will also assist with sales special initiatives like client events and offsites.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Create client facing slide decks for cross-platform sales opportunities and initiatives.
    • Support the team in reporting for digital and linear sales campaigns
    • Maintain a strong working knowledge of NBCU products to be able to make recommendations to AEs and clients
    • Work with all internal departments (Digital, Sales, Traffic, Marketing, Management, etc.) on cross functional projects. Ensure sponsorship elements are clearly laid out in an organized and professional way.
    • Work with content teams to stay up to date on their initiatives and make sales recommendations.
    • Liaison with Research teams and external trades to gather competitive research and advertiser media spending
    • Monitor campaign delivery and re-cap for clients
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Strong computer skills especially in Power Point, Excel, and Word
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated project management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
    • High energy and teamwork mentality a must
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience at a media company in media sales or experience in a client service role

    DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

    • Sales Media Industry experience
    • Knowledge of Wide Orbit , Sales Force and Operative One
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external clients
    • A strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary Range: $62,000 - $70,000
