OVERVIEW:

A rapidly growing oil and gas specialty chemicals company with headquarters in Midland, TX is currently seeking a Digital Support Lead in Midland, TX to join their Infrastructure and Support team. This person will oversee a small team of Digital Support Technicians that are responsible for providing Tier I and II IT support across the company's 1300 corporate and field operations employees. The Digital Support lead will provide hands-on support as needed for escalations, but his/her primary responsibility will be managing the incoming tickets, delegating those to members of the team, and providing white glove support to executives. Additionally, he/she will also work on optimizing the quality of support by creating and looking at documentation identifying opportunities to get better.
