Overview:
A rapidly growing oil and gas specialty chemicals company with headquarters in Midland, TX is currently seeking a Digital Support Technician to join their Infrastructure and Support team. This person will join a small team focused on providing both in person and remote Tier I technical support across the company's 1300 corporate and field operations employees. The Digital Support Technician will provide hands-on troubleshooting and support across Microsoft Windows and Apple iOS environments, as well as solve other common computer, mobile device, and IT infrastructure related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and will provide responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable service in regard to assigned tickets submitted to the help desk via email or telephone.
