    Seeking a Digital/Social Media Marketing Manager who works with marketing teams to promote/develop a business’s products and services through social media platforms, websites and apps. Their main duties and responsibilities include:

    Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)

    Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels

    Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets

    Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results

    Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment

    Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies

    Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns

    Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels

    Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence.

    Create and schedule engaging content for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

    Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall brand strategy.

    Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.

    Stay up to date on social media trends and tools, adapting strategies accordingly.

    · Job requirements:

    Hybrid work – In office 4 days a week

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related field from an accredited university required

    Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience required

    Experience managing and developing content for social media

    Experience with digital Ad buys

    Brand development experience

    Strategic Thinker

    Required/preferred experience and education:

    Car Wash Industry Experience

    Marketing Agency Experience

    Experience with content creation tools like Canva.
