**SUMMARY: **Performs assigned duties that protect and ensure the safety and dignity of residents. Works together with the Wellness Coordinator to ensure that resident care goals are being met.

Education and/or Experience: The ability to read, write, speak clearly and follow written and oral instructions. Must be willing and able to make decisions when responsible for the facility
**Other skills and Abilities: **Must be aware and understand the needs of the elderly. Must be able to accommodate and understand diets, diet orders, quantities, special requests, how to follow recipes, and above all put some love into the cooking that is done.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT: **This job position requires moderate physical demands. Duties may include frequent walking, stooping/kneeling/bending, lifting/carrying, and pushing/pulling during work.
