    Amaro's Table is excited to open our new location in Castle Rock this fall (2024), and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Hourly Dining Room Supervisor to join our team.     Leadership Skills: As a Dining Room Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth operations, and helping to deliver a high-quality guest experience. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can provide guidance and motivation to the team.

    Ability to Give and Receive Feedback: We believe in continuous growth and improvement. As a supervisor, you’ll provide feedback to your team to help them grow, and you’ll also be open to receiving feedback to enhance your own skills.

    Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team during shifts

    Assisting with training and coaching staff to ensure high-quality service

    Providing constructive feedback to team members to foster growth and improvement

    Ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and ready for service at all times

    Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care

    Collaborating with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to maintain a smooth flow of service

    Upholding Amaro’s Table’s standards of hospitality and service

    Requirements:

    1-2 Years of Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

    Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain a positive work environment.

    Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for providing excellent guest experiences and supporting a high level of service.

    Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to engage with guests, staff, and management effectively.

    Ability to Give and Receive Feedback: A commitment to personal and team growth through constructive feedback.

    Attention to Detail: The ability to manage a busy dining room while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

    Availability: Ability to work nights and weekends.
