As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be a key leader in delivering the exceptional service and hospitality that defines Bettola. Essential Functions:
Support the overall management of dining room operations to ensure smooth and exceptional service.
Foster a culture of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction among staff.
Train, supervise, support and motivate dining room staff, including bartenders, servers and bussers.
Help implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
Ensure the dining area is always clean, organized, and aligned with our image.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Manage waitlist and seating to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination for dining room supplies.
Contribute to menu planning and pricing in line with our quality and authenticity standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience with a proven track record.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
Experience in beverage handling, inventory management, and wine knowledge is a plus.
Friendly and outgoing personality, creating a welcoming and family fun atmosphere.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
