Our chef owned restaurant Cecilia is adding a spectacular dinner service to our already bustling breakfast restaurant this March! Our culinary team is going all out for this dinner menu at Cecilia, with seasonal northwest inspiration and high quality local ingredients. We are looking for enthusiastic culinary professionals to help us achieve impeccable quality standards,
Our hospitality group is already known for exceptional service, delicious food and unique beverage programs. We are ready to share our quality Northwest inspired cuisine with our community and we’re looking for the right team to build it with us.
Our locally owned restaurant will be open daily from 7am-2pm for breakfast and 5pm-10pm for dinner.
We aim to provide a truly excellent dining experience in a beautiful environment, with an flavorful menu and an exciting bar program.
Looking for hardworking culinary professionals including dishwashers, prep cooks, line cooks, and lead cooks.
Availability should fall within the hours of operation. Open availability is preferred.
Line cook qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen setting.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Accurately and efficient preparation and portioning of food products in accordance with health and food safety policies.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment and multitasking.
Honest and reliable.
Can maintain a positive and professional demeanor in the workplace.
Ability to execute plate presentation including garnishing.
Strong communication skills.
Experienced in basic cooking techniques and knife skills.
Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times.
