Position Overview (No Lifting or Personal Care Assistance Required) Direct Care Staff will provide support for our clients in residential treatment by assisting with the essential daily operations of the facility. You will work alongside the clinical treatment team to administer medications, prepare meals, provide housekeeping and assist with transportation for our clients. Residential Care Staff are vital as role-models for our clients by showing a strong work ethic and positive attitude in the working environment.

We offer a continuum of care to guide our clients along their journey to psychiatric recovery and stability by providing a variety of therapeutic treatments aimed to meet their individual goals. Qualifications
At least 18 years old (Required)
Valid Oregon driver’s license (Preferred)
Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check (Required)
Mental health, addictions, caregiving and/or medication administration experience (Preferred)

Shift: On Call- Days, Swings, Nights, and Weekend Shifts
