Attend and participate in trainings, workshops and in-service meetings to maintain current information on industry laws, rules, statutes, requirements, etc.
Maintain professional and ethical standards as required by the company
Comply with all licensing standards as well as funding source guidelines
Transport and supervise residents for medical appointments and emergency hospitalizations
May require over-time and working past shift
Respond to Resident crisis which may require staying after hour and emergency response
Complete required annual training hours as required by minimum standards and contractors
