Description: As a Direct Care Worker you report to the Client Services Coordinator to provide one-on-one care for our clients to ensure they stay happy and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion at home.

Duties may include:
Companionship

Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable Transportation (insurance)
Valid Divers License (3-year clean record)
CPR/1st Aid Certification/TB Test
Excellent Communication Skills
Comprehensive background check
Fingerprint Clearance
DCW training certificate
One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred..
Hours: Dependent on assignment; Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Weekend availability Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
