Direct Support Professional (DSP)
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities and empower them to reach their full potential. You will work at one of our Columbus, Ohio, locations. We have openings in Westerville, Worthington, and Southeast Columbus.

· You assist individuals with daily living activities.

· You follow the Individual Service Plan.
· You use electronic software to complete documentation.
· You take clients to complete fun activities in the community.

· You use effective communication with team members and family members of individuals.
· You protect the health and safety of the individual and others.
· You attend all paid training and team meetings.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: At least a high school diploma or GED.
Experience:
· No experience necessary
· Computer Skills: Compose emails. Use various programs, including Brittco and ADP, to do job duties.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License with five or fewer points.
Other Requirements:
CPR and First Aid Certification, which we will provide.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
