Every other Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting people with everyday routines, from meal prep to evening wind-downs
Helping folks enjoy life—whether that means hanging at home or heading out into the community
Encouraging independence and celebrating progress
Keeping things tidy and organized around the house
Writing down what happened during your shift so others stay in the loop
Showing up with empathy, patience, and a sense of humor
What’s In It for You:
$18.00/hour starting wage
Vacation time for all employees—no matter how many hours you work
Paid sick time
Holiday pay (1.5x) for 8 holidays
Health insurance (for employees working 36+ hours/week)
Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan
Company vehicles for outings—no need to use your own car
Paid meals while supporting people in the community
Free meals during your shifts
Mini fridge stocked with your favorite drinks—yes, we take requests
Free Sam’s Club membership—because bulk snacks and deals make life better
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who’s compassionate, dependable, and ready to learn
Solid communication skills (English - verbal, written, and on a phone or tablet)
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check (per MN statute)
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to jump in and help if a teammate needs backup
This is More Than a Job. It’s a Chance to Be Part of Something Good. You don’t need prior experience—just the right attitude. If you’re someone who sees people for who they are and meets challenges with curiosity instead of judgment, we want you on our team.
