    Job Summary: We are seeking Patient, Compassionate, Responsible, Reliable and Dedicated (DSP's) individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals assisting and attempting to make a difference in the lives of Adults with Intellectual, Mental Challenges and Neurological Brain Injury. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals living in their homes with a Person -Centered Mindset. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring resident safety and well-being, and promoting a positive living environment. Our Office is located in Marlton ,NJ , if hired you be required to come in for Orientation and any other trainings as required, other than that you will be working in the community at a location near you.

    Duties:

    • Provide direct support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
    • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
    • Engage in social and recreational activities to promote socialization
    • Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
    • Follow all resident rights policies and procedures to ensure their dignity, privacy, and independence
    • Provide support and companionship

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent .

    • Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is preferred

    • Knowledge of resident rights regulations is a plus

    • Ability to provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting

    • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques

    • Must have a Valid Driving Record

    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

    • Must be authorized to leagally work in the United States.

    • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and records
