Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation

• Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities - Administer medication and monitor health conditions as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in individuals' conditions

• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being and safety

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to administer medication following proper protocols

• Familiarity with patient care systems and first aid procedures

Monday-Friday 3:00PM-5:00PM

Per Diem position also available.
