Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities - Administer medication and monitor health conditions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any changes in individuals' conditions
Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being and safety
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to administer medication following proper protocols
Familiarity with patient care systems and first aid procedures

Monday-Friday 3:00PM-5:00PM
