    Tre Homecare LLC is a 24hr Residential Organization in the Hillsboro area seeking to hire part- and full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who can naturally connect with individuals with developmental disabilities and want to make a difference in someone’s life.

    No experience necessary (We provide comprehensive, fully paid training)

    Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

    Benefits & Compensation:

    Starting Wage from $19-$20 HR

    Overtime available, not required.

    We provide comprehensive, fully paid training to our staff, with no experience.

    Direct Support Professional role (Caregiving):

    Assist individuals to make choices and grow their relationships in the community.

    Assist individuals with activities of daily living (Dressing, Grooming, Bathing, Eating)

    Support individuals with household maintenance (Cleaning, Meal Planning, Meal Preparation)

    Administer medications and treatments.

    Assist individuals to plan and get out into the community.

    Oversees the health and safety of all individuals at all times.

    Support individuals if emergency situations arise.

    Complete all appropriate documentation.

    Performs all duties in compliance with state and federal guidelines, agency directives, licensing standards, and policies.

    Requirements:

    Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or the equivalent.

    Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.

    Ability to pass a criminal history check through Oregon DHS and not be on the OIG Exclusions list.

    Driver's License (Preferred)
