  • Responsibilities

    HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Director of Cash Management and Debt Program for a 500+ bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Oversight of the treasury functions related to all cash management functions and debt/lease programs.
    • Weekly and longer term reporting, budgeting and forecasting. 
    • Managing the working capital of the hospital by maintaining sufficient cash balances to meet the obligations of the hospital and its subsidiaries.
    • Liquidity management, including performing daily cash management and forecasting activities, executing funds movement transactions, and resolving any cash related errors in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field. 
    • Experience: Three years of relevant experience in Treasury and banking systems, cash management processes and debt financing. 
    • Certifications: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) preferred but not required. 
    • Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint. 

    Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
