HCT seeks an experienced Human Resources leader to serve as the Interim Director of Compensation for a 500+ bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the strategic planning, development, implementation, and management of compensation programs to include salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
- Managing the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, equity adjustments, and bonuses.
- Leading and mentoring a team of compensation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, within a complex healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
- Certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent designation preferred.
- Computer Skills: Demonstrated success in implementing and managing compensation systems, preferably within Workday ERP.
