Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool required
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, a related field required or completed Director credential required
Ability to learn new technology (devices and software)
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others
Demonstrate highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
