We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Franchise Development Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain franchisees, enhance the brand's visibility, and support the overall growth of the franchise network.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support franchise development goals.
Attend meetings with the Marketing Team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and presentations, to promote franchise opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors of the Fran Dev team.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Coordinate with the Franchise Development Sales Team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing efforts. Manage the franchise development marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Manage Meet the Team events, including candidate file prep, itinerary updates, meal coordination, and swag.
Prepare and manage the planning of Fran Dev team meetings and All Team calls.
Manage award rankings and tradeshows, if applicable.
Manage FranConnect or other CRM systems, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
All other duties as assigned.
Competency - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, Adobe, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
The ability to work under pressure

Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, copier, phone system, computers)
Ability to work independently and make decisions

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the franchise or restoration industry.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Experience in franchise development or business development.
Knowledge of the restoration industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
Advanced degree in Marketing or a related field.
One to three years of B2B sales experience in construction, restoration, or related field

Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer
Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone
Occasionally will lift up to 10lbs.
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Travel: This position may require up to 15% travel. This position may require travel for company meetings/events and training.
