    Summary: As the Director, Global Sales & Account Developement, you will drive global sales initiatives and ensure an outstanding experience for our members. This role requires a seasoned travel industry professional with proven travel industry product sales experience.

    **BOCA RATON, FLORIDA - HYBRID**

    The ideal candidate will be sales oriented and possess a wide variety of skills and be able to navigate a highly complex travel vertical with a clear understanding of the competitive marketplace, leading industry trends, and a passion for keeping up to date with the global marketplace and how we can help our members achieve a high level of success. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve global sales targets. We are seeking a sales hunter.
    • Oversee the member experience programs, ensuring that all interactions with the company meet the highest standards of excellence.
    • Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's strategic vision for sales and member engagement, including budget forecasting and KPI metrics.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Deliver compelling presentations to promote our services and solutions.

    Travel Industry Experience

    • 5+ years of experience of proven travel industry product sales. 
    • Previous success in working in environments with multiple stakeholders and finding common ground to achieve a wide range of corporate objectives is highly desired.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
    • Team leadership skills.
    • Strong competency in using a CRM to identify the sales pipeline clearly and provide timely updates and strong working knowledge of a GDS in a native language is highly desirable.

    $80,000-$90,000 per year
