HCT is seeking an interim Director of Human Resources for a 240+ bed hospital located in California.  The responsibilities include:

• Oversight of the day-to-day Human Resources functions and HR Business Partner team for hospital, surgical center, and medical foundation. 
• Create and support strategies and programs that foster a cohesive team model with focus on mentoring of team, employee relations, employee engagement and leadership development within a combined union/non union environment. 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in human resources within an acute care hospital setting is required.  Experience in California within a union environment is highly preferred. 

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
