Director of Information Security
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – 3+ days in office

What You’ll Do

• Develop, implement, and oversee an enterprise-wide security and risk management program.

• Establish and enforce security policies, risk assessment processes, and compliance standards.

• Manage security incidents to protect the organization's intellectual property and reputation.

• Provide tactical and strategic security guidance for IT projects.

• Lead a team of 12-13 full-time professionals, plus contractors, to build and optimize security frameworks.

• Oversee security tools, including Microsoft Suite, Okta, and SailPoint.

• Support cybersecurity initiatives, process automation, and data governance improvements.

What We’re Looking For

? Leadership Experience – 5+ years managing teams, ideally in a large organization.
? Information Security Expertise – 6+ years in InfoSec with a strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and governance.
? Enterprise-Level Experience – Background in a Fortune 500 or large regional company preferred.
? Big-Picture Thinker – Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on security incident management.
? Excellent Communicator – Comfortable working with executives and cross-functional teams.
? M&A Knowledge – Experience integrating security for acquisitions is a plus.
