    Director – Ticket Strategy (Music Industry)

    As a Director of Ticket Strategy, you’ll lead a team to develop and execute innovative ticketing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth in the music industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement strategic ticketing initiatives for major music events and tours
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
    • Oversee the execution of complex client deliverables, leveraging data and technology
    • Lead the development of executive-level presentations and strategic reports
    • Drive problem-solving through advanced analytical and technical expertise
    • Manage day-to-day execution of strategic accounts in the music sector, including concerts and festivals

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
    • 7+ years of experience in the music industry or related sectors (ticketing, live events, or entertainment)
    • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-impact client relationships
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SQL or Snowflake
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize effectively
    • Willingness to travel up to 20% and work weekends/holidays as needed
