    FiveCircle Property Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Accounts Receivable to oversee the financial operations related to property management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, resales processing, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining strong relationships with coworkers and property owners. Experience using Vantaca and Homewise Docs or CondoCerts software is required. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement efficient accounts receivable and resale processes and procedures. • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of payments. • Generate and send invoices to property owners and tenants accurately and promptly. • Oversee collections efforts and strategies to reduce outstanding balances. • Handle escalated collection matters and negotiate payment arrangements as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and property owners to facilitate prompt payments. • Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, summarizing accounts receivable performance. • Provide analysis and recommendations for improving cash flow and reducing delinquencies. • Lead and mentor a team of accounts receivable and resale professionals, providing guidance and support. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training as necessary to enhance the team's effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable and resale transactions. • Address inquiries and concerns from property owners related to billing and collections. • Receive and complete all mortgage questionnaires from an online database. • Review account balance, outstanding violations, and lawsuits for the unit owner selling the property; ensure it is properly transferred onto the re-sale certificate document. • Receive all mortgage questionnaires from an online database. • Participate in the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and maintain electronic library. • Coordinate year-end activities such as filing, boxing, and organizing budget season. • Carry out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines. • Comply with all company and site policies and procedures. • Remain current in profession and industry trends. • Make a positive contribution as demonstrated by making suggestions for improvement and learning new skills, procedures, and processes. • Foster positive relationships with co-workers and clients. • Other duties may be assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the community management industry. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Effective communication and negotiation abilities. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency in relevant accounting software, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Homewise Docs or CondoCerts and Vantaca experience. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
