Responsibilities: • Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed • Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met • Negotiate profitable agreements with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors • Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly • Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills • PMP certification is a plus • College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field • OSHA 30 certification • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in construction management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
