Leisurely cafe by day and upscale restaurant by night, Bastia draws inspiration from the sun-drenched shores of Corsica and Sardinia. Caletta is an oasis-like, intimate cocktail bar with an Italian-leaning menu of elevated bar snacks helmed by Chef-Partner Tyler Akin, alongside Beverage Director Benjamin Kirk's progressive cocktail list. We are looking for a strong, dynamic, detailed Food & Beverage Director who can not only keep up with this fast-paced, high-end environment, but who can help it continue to grow. There will be private events, activations, a seasonal Pool, and groups and meetings that Bastia and Caletta will attract and we'll need a great leader's help in defining.
