Responsibilities: • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement Qualifications: • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • Strong insight into the latest culinary industry trends and can demonstrate sufficient knowledge of portion and plating standards • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
