Okay here is what you’ll be doing: • Manage the daily operations of a real estate and property management business • Execute the client experience • Recruit, hire and train new team members • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills • Proven leadership experience • Experience in a high pressure environment • Superb time management and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Pushes for solutions • Concerned about doing things the right way • Learning-based • Service-based attitude • College graduate • 1 – 3 years of customer service and/or management experience • 3 – 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment • Willing to get a real estate license Compensation • Base Salary + Bonus opportunities Compensation: $65,000 to start
