    The Director of Growth will play a pivotal role in expanding our team by attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position requires an individual with a proven track record of growing real estate teams, a deep commitment to building a supportive and growth-oriented culture, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive success. Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the effort to recruit 100+ real estate agents in 2025, focusing on finding individuals who align with our core values of Growth, Hustle, Consistency, Excellence, and Responsibility. • Events: Build and maintain a strong, growth-driven culture by organizing regular team recruiting events. • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop a growth strategy, including achieving team recruitment goals, onboarding processes, and agent retention. • **Metrics & KPIs:** Track recruitment progress and performance metrics weekly through our Stoplight Report, adjusting strategies to ensure consistent growth and team success. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in growing real estate teams, with a proven track record of recruitment and team-building success. • A deep understanding of real estate recruiting systems, culture-building, and agent retention strategies. • A commitment to the core values of PLRE: Hardworking, Ethical, Authentic, Loyal, and Selfless. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. • Proven ability to execute a growth strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Self-starter and Leadership Skills. • CA DRE License Required • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $70,000 plus bonus
