Responsibilities: • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures • Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation • Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement • Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major • 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization Compensation: 25 - 33 hourly
