We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Responsibilities: • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training • Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget • Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major • Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization • Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Hotel or hospitality HR experience preferred • Union experience preferred Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly
