Responsibilities: • Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports • Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment Qualifications: • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular) • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Virtual Edge) • Ability to work with ATS software • Good organizational and time management skills • CIPD certification is an advantage Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000
