Qualifications: • A professional with 8-12 years of experience in land and site development, with expertise in commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and urban design projects. • Strong graphic and communication skills , with the ability to articulate and visualize ideas effectively. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage staff , ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution. • A deep understanding of zoning regulations, due diligence, and the overall planning process. • Professional Landscape Architecture license with the State of Maryland is required.
