  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a self-motivated, growth-minded, team-oriented leader to join us at Landmark Property Management as the Director of Maintenance! Candidates must be hardworking, organized, able to prioritize multiple responsibilities at once, display strong leadership skills, and, most importantly, fit our core values. We currently have one Maintenance Technician but are looking for our new Director of Maintenance to hire an additional 8-12 Techs within the next year as we bring all of the third party work back in-house. Responsibilities: • Create and own all processes and procedures related to our Maintenance Department (includes unit turns and rehab). • Bring solid understanding of time and material costs to complete projects; supervise estimates and pricing • Be a fantastic leader to staff members. Hire, train and develop A+ players. • Plan, organize, schedule, and oversee budgets effectively • Build and maintain vendor relationships • Comply with Federal and Local Guidelines • Reviewing KPIs and Scorecards and holding team members accountable • Weekly 1 on 1’s with maintenance team • Running a weekly maintenance meeting • Removing bottlenecks/obstacles special projects Qualifications: • Associates or equivalent in Business Management or related field • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repairs or construction project management or managing a company that deals with the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) • Experience running a maintenance team of 10+ technicians. • Previous leadership experience strong leadership skills is a must. • Extreme personal initiative and interest in learning with a strong work ethic • Organization and planning with the ability to think analytically • Desire to focus on required outcomes with on time delivery • A love for processes and continuous optimization = Better Results • Aptitude for technology and hunger to learn new software and tech systems with the ability to be flexible and adaptive to changes. Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
