    We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Marketing who will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, marketing strategy, and growth trajectory of EVEXIAS Health Solutions. This role is designed for a high-performing marketing leader with the potential to evolve into the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) as they drive measurable impact and scale our marketing operations. The Director of Marketing (CMO Track) will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that builds brand authority, drives practitioner engagement, and fuels business growth. This individual will lead a dynamic team while collaborating closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives. This is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role with the mentorship and development needed to transition into a CMO position. *This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, in Southlake, TX Responsibilities: **Strategic Leadership & Growth ** • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand brand awareness, strengthen practitioner engagement, and accelerate growth. • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with long-term business objectives and prepare for a future CMO role. • Optimize brand positioning within the integrative medicine space, ensuring consistency and thought leadership across all channels. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and inform data-driven decision-making. **Brand & Digital Marketing ** • Lead the development of a strong, recognizable brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and experiential marketing efforts. • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and website management to drive lead generation and conversion. • Build and manage a content strategy that provides valuable resources to healthcare practitioners, including blog articles, white papers, webinars, and video content. • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales, education, and clinical initiatives. **Event & Community Engagement ** • Develop and execute event marketing strategies for industry conferences, workshops, and practitioner training programs. • Lead public relations and media outreach efforts, securing press coverage and fostering relationships with key industry influencers. • Establish strategic partnerships within the healthcare and integrative medicine communities to expand reach and credibility. **Leadership & Team Development ** • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. • Establish scalable marketing processes and best practices that set the foundation for future expansion. • Partner with executive leadership to develop a roadmap for assuming the CMO role, ensuring a seamless transition as the company grows. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies. • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably within integrative medicine or wellness. • Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and brand management. • Experience in event marketing, public relations, and strategic partnerships. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to mentor and develop talent. • Passion for integrative medicine and transforming the future of healthcare.
