Compensation- Salary: $100,00 plus bonus based on experience Responsibilities: • Full responsibility for marketing the strategy, running the budget, and making sure we get ROI on every dollar spent. • Law firm marketing—from digital campaigns to referral partnerships to PR, you’ll grow our brand and client base. • Personal brand thought leadership—you’ll position our founder as the go-to expert on divorce, driving visibility for her course, book, and speaking career. • PR media strategy—you’ll oversee outreach, book media appearances, and secure national speaking opportunities(perhaps alongside a PR agency). • Social media content strategy—you get the power of storytelling and know how to amplify a brand across platforms. • Vendor management—you’ll oversee external partners for paid ads, social media, and video editing. • Team leadership execution—you can manage a team but also roll up your sleeves to get things done. Qualifications: WHO YOU ARE: • You have 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in both law firm marketing and personal branding/coaching. • You’ve managed marketing budgets, worked with paid ad vendors, and can prove ROI on campaigns. • Data is your friend. You know “it’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove.” • You know how to get media coverage and can run a PR campaign like a pro. • You understand social media strategy and have a vision for brand growth. • You can lead a team while also executing hands-on work. • You have contacts with vendors for social media management, video editing, etc. • You’re a builder—you see the big picture and make things happen.
