20-year established Centennial-based law firm is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing. The Director of Marketing is responsible for setting and achieving the sales growth targets based on an agreed-upon plan with the CEO/Owner, and sales. This position will help establish the strategic vision for JLF’s chosen practice areas and drive results that make the vision a reality. You will help set a marketing budget and maximize growth based on that plan and budget. The Director will work closely with various departments (sales, bus dev., client concierge, etc.), and will be a key element to the strategic planning process by providing valuable insights and aiding in strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities: • Sales Channel Strategy: Develops and implements a comprehensive sales channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization. • Digital & Traditional Marketing: Leads the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. This also includes driving CRM systems, and traditional marketing like print, radio, TV and direct mail. • Website Optimization: Collaborates with the web development team to optimize the e-commerce website for usability, performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Implements A/B testing and other tactics to improve user experience and drive sales. • Content Strategy: Develops a content strategy for the e-commerce platform, including service options, landing pages, blog posts, and multimedia content. Ensures content is optimized for search engines and aligned with brand messaging. • Customer Acquisition: Implements strategies to acquire new customers through targeted advertising, lead generation campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Utilizes data-driven insights to identify high-value customer segments and optimize acquisition efforts. • Customer Retention: Develops and executes retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. Implements email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations to engage and retain customers. • Performance Analytics: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing initiatives. Analyzes metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize campaign performance. • ROI Effectiveness: Develops and recommends pricing strategy and roadmap that results in the greatest share of the market now and in the future. Applies superior market knowledge and analytics to assure continual ROI stability and growth. • **Analytics & Process Controls: **Assure data collected is being properly cataloged, reviewed, and constantly analyzed for trends. Make astute decisions, pivots, and improvements based on data trends. • Market Research: Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce landscape. Stays abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with CEO/Owner, sales, and client concierge teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals. Facilitates communication and coordination across departments. • Team Leadership: Manages a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Builds a high-performing team that excels in creativity, collaboration, and execution. • Other duties as assigned by Owner. Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, or related field. • Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns. • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms. • Creative problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing techniques and technologies. • Experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, WordPress, Facebook, YouTube, etc. • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
