    Marketing Director Job Description Position Overview The Marketing Director at Rupp's LPT Realty will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, events, and team growth. As the face of the company’s marketing efforts, this role requires someone with a strong presence to elevate brand awareness, recruit agents, and execute creative campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and able to work autonomously, bringing fresh ideas and solutions that deliver a measurable ROI. This role also oversees branded promotional items and ensures their strategic use to drive visibility and engagement. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that drives brand visibility, lead generation, and agent recruitment. • Oversee all branding initiatives, including digital marketing, events, and promotional campaigns to align with company goals. • Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge in the market. • Align all efforts to deliver clear, measurable ROI. Event Management & Promotion • Plan, promote and execute company events, including team activities, client appreciation events, and recruiting events. • Serve as the face of Rupp's LPT Realty’s marketing efforts, actively engaging with agents, clients, and the community. • Create event campaigns and content to ensure strong attendance, brand visibility, and team participation. Recruiting & Agent Engagement • Develop marketing strategies specifically designed to recruit new agents to the team. • Collaborate with leadership to position the company as the go-to choice for agents through branding, social media, and events. • Support current agents with marketing tools, resources, and creative solutions to boost their business. Branded Promotional Items • Manage the inventory, design, and strategic distribution of branded promotional items to enhance brand visibility. • Ensure branded materials are utilized effectively at events, with clients, and as part of ongoing marketing campaigns. Content Creation & Social Media • Oversee the production of engaging, high-quality content, including property tours, agent highlight videos, and team events. • Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns, driving brand awareness, engagement, and leads. • Develop and maintain landing pages, email campaigns, and other outreach tools. Performance Tracking & ROI • Measure the impact of all marketing efforts, reporting key metrics like lead generation, attendance rates, and ROI. • Continuously analyze campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness. • Use data-driven decision-making to allocate resources effectively. Autonomous Leadership & Initiative • Work independently with minimal direction, consistently bringing new ideas and creative solutions. • Maintain the pace of marketing initiatives, ensuring the team stays on track and events are executed flawlessly. • Proactively identify areas of improvement and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing leadership, event management, and brand strategy. • Strong background in managing branded promotional items and strategic distribution. • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and ownership. • Experience with recruiting efforts, preferably in real estate or related fields. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, event planning, CRM systems, and content creation platforms. • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. • A strong, professional presence to represent the company at events and in marketing efforts.
