We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our team; someone adept at recruiting, guiding, motivating, and training sales professionals to excel in their productivity and personal development. The end goal is to witness our sales agents flourish, owning successful businesses, leading fulfilling lives, and leaving impactful legacies. Compensation: • Base Salary: $60,000- $70,000 • Bonuses and Commission • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Analyze market adversaries, develop, and implement strategies for transitioning agents to Cohn & Company • Cultivate relationships with the top producers in the area • Maintain our culture of a supportive and congenial office • Ensure consistent and clear communication with stakeholders and the Team • Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and develop solutions to meet goals • Lead Weekly Team Meetings • Collaborate with ERA to build the team's proficiency in ERA technology, resources, and tools • Create a fun and supportive environment for the Team • Work with the Executive Team to obtain the necessary resources to achieve objectives • Serve as a liaison by representing Cohn & Company to the public • Help build the marketing and promotions plan for Cohn & Company • Train and onboard new agents • Grown Cohn & Company by assisting in the opening of new offices and managing those locations • Responsible for the management, supervision, and growth of direct reports (currently the administrative position) • Cover the phone and agent support when the administrative assistant is out of the office • Learn and train all new hires on office procedures Qualifications: • Recruiting skills/track record • Proficiency in adapting to new technology • Ability to set priorities • Project Management Skills • Coaching skills • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills • Positive and goal-oriented leadership skills that motivate and inspire a Team • Excellent Organizational skills • Effective delegator • Occasional travel to conferences and trainings Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
