Evoke Capital is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and elevate our mobile home community portfolio. As the Director of Operations, you’ll lead the charge in building scalable systems, driving accountability, and achieving outstanding results. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will manage two Regional Managers and oversee the daily operations of our portfolio. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, implementing performance metrics, and championing professional development across the organization. We’re looking for a high-performing leader who: • Bring 5+ years of regional or operations leadership experience, preferably in mobile home communities. • Has a proven ability to design and implement operational systems that deliver measurable results. • Thrives in a high-D/high-C environment: action-oriented, detail-driven, and accountability-focused. • Is a skilled people leader with experience building and mentoring teams. • Lives by our core values of Results, Ownership, and Integrity. Compensation and Benefits • Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000 • Bonus Potential • Paid Time Off • Benefits Responsibilities: • Build and optimize scalable, standardized processes for our mobile home communities. • Evaluate and refine workflows for efficiency and consistency. • Balance process improvement with integrity and results. • Define roles and responsibilities to foster accountability at every level. • Mentor and manage Regional Managers overseeing property operations. • Establish and enforce clear performance metrics. • Implement KPIs to monitor and improve property and team performance. • Ensure outcomes align with financial goals and resident satisfaction. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching. • Develop a deep understanding of each property’s operations and resident needs. • Collaborate with Regional Managers to create property-specific improvement plans. • Visit properties as needed for inspections and team engagement. • Develop and implement training programs for managers and staff. • Promote a learning culture focused on best practices and professional growth. • Partner with the founders, Edmund and Alex, to translate strategic vision into actionable plans. • Provide insights on operational performance and growth strategies. • Contribute to long-term planning for organizational success. Qualifications: • 5+ years of leadership experience in property management or a related field. • Strong track record of building teams and achieving operational excellence. • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in property management software and CRMs. • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse locations. • Alignment with our values: Results, Ownership, and Integrity.
