Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Create and maintain staff operation schedules Qualifications: • Food handling license required • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus • National food and health safety regulations knowledge • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
